Delivery & Payment

How much is shipping? How long will it take?

All orders placed before 10am will be dispatched same business day. Orders placed after 10am or on the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.

We currently offer free, overnight shipping on orders over $50 and standard mail on orders under $50. Orders under $50 are also sent via free post, 2-5 day delivery.

How do I pay?

Payments can be made manually by bank deposit, Paypal, credit card or Laybuy.

All credit card payments go through PayPal. When checking out you will be directed to a secure page - here you will have the option to simply enter credit card details or alternatively you can login to your PayPal account.

A PayPal account is not required to make payment, this is completely optional.

PayPal are trusted and used world-wide - we love the fact that details of the buyer and vendor are kept completely secure and confidential - your personal details will not be seen or recorded by us. Using this method enables us to see that your payment has approved immediately, this means orders can be processed efficiently.

We now have a new payment option - Laybuy! Visit here for more details.

Can I make a custom order?

We will do our very best to fulfil special requests - simply contact us with what you have in mind and we will respond within a few hours

Do I need to have a PayPal account?

No, this is completely optional.  Although we use PayPal to receive our payments, this does not mean you need to have a registered account with them.  When you are ready to purchase, simply follow the steps and enter your address and credit card details - there is no need to create and account or to register anything.  PayPal will confirm your payment with us immediately.  This system is highly efficient, which means we are able to process our orders fast.

Are the products made in New Zealand?

Absolutely, all hair ties and scrunchies are handmade by us in New Zealand using locally sourced fabrics.
